Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

To request cancellation, customers should contact our support team immediately.

Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of fragrance and attar products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

Eligible Return Cases

• Wrong product delivered.
• Product received in broken or damaged condition.
• Product received in a leaking condition due to transit damage.

Reporting Time

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

The request should include:

• Order Number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

Failure to provide supporting evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Personal fragrance preference
• Product not meeting subjective expectations
• Opened or used products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Incorrect orders placed by customers
• Delays caused by courier companies

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item:

• Eligible claims will be approved.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Replacement Policy

In eligible cases involving wrong, damaged, or broken products, Ruh Tatva may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Refund Rejection

Refund requests may be rejected if:

• The claim is submitted after 48 hours of delivery.
• The product has been used or tampered with.
• Insufficient evidence is provided.
• The issue does not fall under eligible return conditions.
